Job Description:
The selected candidates have the following responsibilities as respect to the post they will be selected for.
Area Manager- Bangalore
- Sales Target achievement
- Providing support to branches / CIFs by coordinating with SBI Life functionaries at HO / locally
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of products marketing skills, Leading sales team and others.
Unit Manager Group – Retail Agency Sales:
- Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training of Insurance Advisors (IA)
- Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance
- Business should be of very good quality and should not be detrimental to the interests of the Company.
- To recruit team of Insurance Advisors of very high quality and standards as per the corporate strategy
- To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed and others.
Business Development Group – Bancassurance:
- Achieving sales targets
- Increase in number of CIFs / active branches
- Training CIFs, encouraging SBI staff to become CIF
- Arranging training programs for CIFs on products and selling skills
- Increasing productivity of CIFs and others.
