Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam Cancelled 2021 – SSLC 10th Exam To Be Held!! The Karnataka State Government has taken the final decision about cancellation of Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2021 for Class 12 students. In addition to this, the state government has also notified that the Class 10 exam will be held for only two papers (MCQ). As per details shared by the exam authority, SSLC Exam will be held only for two papers one for core subjects and another for languages in the third week of July as MCQ, only if situation becomes conducive for the same as confirmed by State Education Minister S Suresh Kumar.
Earlier the state government has shared its intent to conduct the examination. A tentative date for Karnataka SSLC, 2nd PUC examinations was awaited. However, after CBSE’s decision to cancel the Class 12 Board Examinations, many students demanded the state government to follow the same.
As per reports, the board will be releasing the dates for the SSLC exams at least 20 days in advance and the students will be required to answer multiple-choice questions. The students who fail to appear for the exams due to COVID-19 related issues will be given an opportunity to appear for the exams at a later date when the situation improves.
Education Minister’s Official Statement:
On 1st June 2021, the Education Minister, S Suresh said that the decision on Karnataka SSLC, PUC board exams 2021 will be released soon. He further added that in light of current developments, a decision 12th Exam cancelled will be made keeping in mind the students’ health and future.
