With the CBSE Board exams starting late this year, the dates of the Board exams are coming together with the dates of many major entrance exams.

Due to the delay in the public examinations due to the corona in 2020, the important tasks like entrance examinations, student admission cycle started 4 months late. Thus enrollment lasted until December. The CBSE Board Exams, which are usually held in March, are held from May 4 to June 10 this year. Many entrance exams are forced to change exam dates as the CBSE Board exams start late.

The Law School Admissions Council (LSAC) has rescheduled the LSAT exam from May 10 to June 14. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2021 exam has been postponed from May 9 to June 13.

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) conducts its Undergraduate Entrance Test (UET) in May every year, but will have to reconsider the university exam due to the change in the date of the CBSE Board exams. Delhi University Vice-Chancellor PC Joshi said, “Every year, about 90% of the applications is received from CBSE students. Therefore, university admission will be scheduled depending on the CBSE examination dates. This year too, the university entrance examinations will be decided on the basis of the dates of the Board examinations.”.
