The Board of Examiners has given permission to an 11-year-old boy in Chhattisgarh to write the Class 10 Board examination for the current year.
Generally, younger students will be allowed to write exams for higher classes if their knowledge capacity is high. But the Certificate of Knowledge has to be submitted to the Examination Board and permission has to be obtained before writing the examination. One such incident is currently taking place in the state of Chhattisgarh. Livjot, an 11-year-old student from Chhattisgarh’s Durg district, has sought permission from the State Board of Education to write the Class 10 Board examination for the current year. Official information regarding this has been released by the education authorities.
An education official said, “A boy named Livejot submitted a letter to the Chhattisgarh State School of Education asking for permission to take the Class 10 public examination for 2020-2021. The medical test conducted on him asked questions about the student’s intelligence ability. The student’s response was similar to that of a 16 – year – old student. Based on that, the student is allowed to write the 10th class Board examination.
Gurvinder Singh Arora, the father of the boy Livejot, said, “We were surprised to see him respond to more complex calculations when he was in the 3rd grade of Lifeboat. After that, we started preparing him for the Board examination without bothering him only after learning that young students could write high school exams with permission in the news. And we are very happy that he was allowed to run in the general election. “
