Andhra Pradesh Education Minister has announced that the Class 10 Board Exam will be held from June 7. All the lessons were conducted online as all the schools were closed since last March due to corona infection. State governments have allowed schools to reopen as the Board exam approaches and the impact of the outbreak is diminishing. In Andhra Pradesh, schools were opened for classes 6 to 12 from last November. The first schools for classes 1 to 5 opened on February 1st.

State Education Minister Adimulabu Suresh has announced that the Board examinations for Class 10 will begin on June 7. It is also said that the examination will end on June 16. The examination will be held on the same dates for all the subjects. The exams will all be held in a single phase from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm. The state government has announced a 30% reduction in the number of subjects for exams due to the limited time available for conducting classes. The Minister of Education has said that the examinations will be held according to the reduced syllabus. The last class for class 10 will be held till June 5.

The exams for students from class 1 to 9 will be held from May 3 to 10. The last working day for these classes is May 15. Summer holidays in schools will be from May 16 to 30. The new academic year will begin in Andhra Pradesh from July 1, the minister said.

June 10 – Mathematics

June 11 – Physics

June 12 – Biology

June 14 – Social Science
